Would definitely recommend this place and would definitely go again. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and great, all meals were good. There were very comfy beds and central heating, an iron/ironing board, and television inside the room.

The welcome was super genuine, the property was mind-blowingly clean and beautifully decorated in a modern but not trendy way. The room was jaw-droppingly comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and presented in a way that exceeded our expectations. The hosts made us feel like old friends, not just guests who stayed one night. The free wi-fi in the rooms and flat-screen TV were a nice touch, and the electric kettle in the room was convenient. If you have a baby, they even provide cots! We had a fantastic stay and will definitely return in the future. Well done to the hosts for creating such a memorable experience!

One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic hosts, Nick and Nicky. They go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and ensure they have a pleasant stay. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with lovely views in some and a sea view in others. The hotel's location is great, being steps away from the tram stop and in a quieter area, making it a perfect choice for those wanting a peaceful stay away from the hubbub of the city. The breakfast provided is delicious and substantial, giving guests a great start to their day.
Absolutely nothing to fault with this hotel.
